Shipping & Delivery

For orders below $200, a freight and handling charge of $10.00 per order will apply. However, all orders exceeding $200 are eligible for free shipping.

Once your order is confirmed, we strive to dispatch it within 2 days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, excluding remote and rural regions.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order or if there will be a delay in delivery, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery will be carried out by courier services. Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes. Additionally, deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the provided address. If you're unavailable during the courier's visit, they will leave a delivery card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery or collection of your goods.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging. The cost of return freight or postage will be your responsibility.

In the case of footwear that doesn't fit, we'll waive the freight and handling charges on the replacement item as long as you return the product to us in its original packaging. Please follow the instructions below for returns.

We will replace any items that have manufacturing faults, and the delivery charges for shipping replacement items will be waived.

Please note that only items purchased through our online store can be returned. If you purchased products from other retailers, kindly contact the respective retailer for their returns policy.
